Mike has set up a fire fighting and fire control demonstration in South Strome Forest using the mobile foam unit mounted on the Muskeg. Here he is showing how to fit the adaptors (step down adaptors?) to change from the small adaptor (right hand) which fits the small diameter hoses used by the Forestry Commission to the large outlet adapter (left hand) which plugs into the small one and enables the foam producing head to be attached to a small hose and thus used to produce foam some distance for the machine. Note the black drums of foam concentrate behind.
