William Fleming outside Strathyre hostel

William spent two years on a Forestry Commission apprentice scheme in Strathyre Forest living in the hostel with about 16 other young lads.

Strathyre forestry houses can be seen behind William. Does anyone remember the people living there at this time?

Keip Road, Strathyre. Some of the surnames of people who lived there late 1950'S to early 1960's.
