Thought to be Chief Forester Davie Robertson (seeking some sunshine therapy) with possibly Hamish Reid checking out some very healthy fast growing Sitka spruce at Varcasaig Forest not too far from Orbost on the north western area of Skye.
The attached PDF gives other views into and from the forest, the latter showing up well the Black Cuillin Ridge.
