This is a lovely view of the rigging wires and also an extra item on the skyline to restrain the carriage from running away down hill when load is dropped at the road edge and the haul in line slackened to unhitch the trees. The arrestor plate is obviously anchored by a chain to a point near the top of the tower.

I do see the two anchor guys countering the pull of the skyline and the haul in: another two guys coming out to the right which do not appear to be opposing any significant forces but struggle to see any to the left to counter the haul back rope forces?

Can any of the observers and operators be named?
