Riddoch’s Kinnoir Sawmill 1975

The produce end of the saw mill where a worker is waiting to stack products as they come off the conveyor gantry. The products beside him look like square posts but the other large beams could be mining ‘crowns’ the cross pieces that go on the roof between the pit props. Can anyone confirm?

Can anyone name the young man?
