Riddoch’s Kinnoir Sawmill 1975
The photograph is courtesy of the family of George Dey. Check under ‘Groups’ and George Dey Collection.
A loader is refilling the ramp that leads to the saw bench in Riddoch of Rothiemay’s mill at Longmuir, Kinnoir. Note there are no log chains and most likely logs would have been rolled into place by hand.
Can anyone name the young man?
