RSFS visit to Culbin Forest

Few details on this image but thought to be a RSFS visit about 1972 to Culbin Forest. The District Officer? takes the group through the Culbin story with the aid of the map.
The attached PDF shows some of the visiting group but generally distant views and few close ups. The first image shows the party in Laigh of Moray Forest at a stand of Thuya trees.
Can anyone name some of the people?
