Visit to Forest of Deer

Jack Christie (left), Head Forester at Forest of Deer, is obviously discussing a felled site with two visiting people possibly from the Aberdeen Conservancy Office or HQ. The man in the middle with brown jacket is thought to be Ray Horne, District Officer, possibly covering the east coast forests from Aberdeen northwards (Correction see comments - man on right with stick is Ray Horne) Can anyone name the gentleman in the middle? Conservators Ian Grant or ? Richards?
Can anyone confirm the identity of the two men on the right?
