Men cutting turfs from plough furrows

There is no information on this photograph but it is thought to be of a forest in the west possibly somewhere between Eredine and Glenorchy at sometime around 1956 or later.
The flat peat area had been drained using a tractor and plough at fairly wide spacing of 22 - 24 feet apart. The men with rutter spade and hawk are slicing the plough furrow up into turfs and dragging them to form relatively even spaced lines between the drains for planting trees on at a later date. It looks as if there are five men in the photograph with three over to the right of the two men in the foreground. Spare rutter spades can be seen on the right also.
