Blue Isachsen short tower double drum winch

In his diary George mentions being in Inverliever with Dick Crowther laying out Isachsen Winch demo in Compartment 194 on 2 Mar 1962, visiting it again on 12 Mar and on 27 Mar a delegation arrived to look at the winch, HIAB and Tico. The delegation included – J Zeyhtmayer, J O Williamson, Col Shaw and R Chard. The first mention is of it arriving in Dec 1961 shortly after a significant windblow of circa 200,000 cu ft in Sep. Is this the first Double Drum winch in Scotland?
Can anyone name the operator?
This machine has had some use and has been worked for some months at least. The support legs at the bottom of the winch look as though they are really designed to be directly under the winch and acting as an independent stand to take the weight off the tractor wheels. Any comments on this?
The heavy cable on the spare reel must be for making new anchor cables as this is not a skyline set up.
