Strange Tool
The photograph is courtesy of the family of George Dey. George took many forestry photographs in his forestry career and some are now shown on this web site.
The photograph of this tool, if indeed it is a tool, was found next to a direct seeding image.
Can anyone indentify the item or suggest its use?
