Two men under EL, Drumtochty
The photograph is courtesy of the family of George Dey. George took many forestry photographs in his forestry career and some are now shown on this web site.
The men are examining Cryptomeria japonica planting under European larch in what could possibly be Drumtochty Forest but this location is guesswork.
Can anyone indentify the men? (see large image)

The gentleman at the rear with hand in pocket was my father William MacDonald, this was in Drumtochty Forest, we lived in Forest Lodge opposite the entrance to Drumtochty Castle
