The Leyland Octopus HJS453G lorry being unloaded was driven by Brian Fletcher for Wm Ogilvie Timber Hauliers.

Note the unloading system by overhead crane via wire rope slings passed under each bolster full of 10 foot timber pulp wood. The crane on travelling rails dropped the sling loads onto the sloped gantries which fed the wood onto conveyor systems into the pulp wood peeler prior to passing to the chipper.
