754 Highland County skidder with 8000 Igland winch
This 1968 Highland County manufactures by James Jones and Sons was owned by Colin Smith, Ord Brae, Huntly until relatively recently. It was originally owned by Riddochs of Rothiemay who apparently purchased it new in 1968 and worked it for many years.
Unfortunately no serial numbers were recorded but the Registration No looks something like GSA 352D

Yes its a shame to see this machine in such a state, alas the majority of forwarders and skidders of that era were given very little maintenance.
