Extracting timber with converted Ford County 4x4

Very little is known about this image and who the two operators are. The tractor is a version of a Ford County fitted with a double drum Igland type winch and safety cab. Is this a Highlander Skidder made by James Jones?
The registration number MGN 592L points to this being a Forestry Commission owned machine and is possibly working in the Morayshire area somewhere.
The second photograph (in the PDF) confirms that pole length timber is being hauled out and is converted into products at roadside by cross cutting with the chainsaw. The products are being neatly stacked along the road.
Can someone name the operators?

The skidder would have been made by Jones. Many a County tractor have been fitted with Jones's kit (usually for estate work). You can spot them a mile-off, as the James Jones components are always painted a highly-visable red.

This skidder is not a Jones Highlander but a Forestry Commission designed Falstone Skidder. It was built for the FC by JHB Implements of Ickburgh near Thetford.The early versions of this machine were fitted with a manually operated Igland double drum winch and the later versions were radio controlled. The base tractor was a County 754 with the later model being a 764.
