Gordon Donaldson leaving Dornoch
Presentation to Gordon Donaldson in Dec 1990 on leaving Dornoch Forest District (Head Forester based at Bettyhill) and heading for Fort Augustus Forest District where he took up the job of District Forester Harvesting and Marketing.
Donald Beaton (District Forester), a keen photographer, produced a number of photographic records of forestry in the district over a 4-5 year period and these are some of his images which were compiled into albums held by the district. Photographs are courtesy of North Highland Forest District.
